I called Jones Paint and Glass about replacing a pane of glass in my reptile habitat. It was a small sheet, only about 1' x 2', and I was able to take the cracked piece in, verify the correct thickness needed for my replacement, and have Logan cut it exactly to size in about two minutes. From my phone call until I was driving home with my new piece of glass took about 2 hours (mostly because I had to gather up my boys, load them in the car, and drive to the store). It was such an easy, affordable, and pleasant process that I wondered why I had waited over two years to get the glass replaced! Call Jones Paint and Glass for even your smallest glass replacement needs!

I needed a small piece of quality glass for the bed of my 3d printer. Jones Paint and Glass was close by, so I stopped by. They guy who helped me knew exactly what I needed. He was able to find and cut the glass right on the spot. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Excellent experience.

Awesome customer service! I needed a couple of pieces of glass cut and they were able to do it immediately instead of me needing to come back later. On another occasion they replaced a window and they offered to deliver it as it was a very large window. They will always be our first choice for glass.

We asked these people to come and replace two windows in my home. They replaced one in my son's bedroom and left glass in his bed. Obviously we didn't expect there to be glass in the bed, nor did we realize until my son was cut and bleeding. When I told them about it they said oh no, that's too bad. Nothing more. Then when I went to look at the second window they were supposed to have replaced in our apartment it hadn't been replaced at all. They told me they had replaced it and accused me of trying to get something for free. The woman actually yelled at me on the phone. I paid them to replace the window and they hadn't done it. After months of the runaround they finally did come back and replace the window but it had different color separators than the original ones. Very poor service and I wouldn't use them again.

They were attentive and helpful. Also, it was nice to have someone very knowledgeable about windows which you don't get at the big box stores all the time. I purchased a window for my bathroom and they even informed me of a requirement I didn't know about that is required for code. They also made sure that the entire thing was correct twice just to be sure I get what I need. You can purchase paint on the other side of the store. They also are very knowledgeable.
