I had to bring my vehicle back multiple times because the work was not done correctly. There was no sense of quality control upon completing the repairs. The interior door panel wasn’t mounted back properly, window controls on door were loose and sticking out, body kit was not installed properly and weather strips were damaged causing water to gush in while moving through a car wash. My door also sounds a bit hollow now when closing it and I started getting a squeaking over the winter that I managed to fix with some good old WD40. In my opinion, most of these issues would’ve been caught had they taken the time to review their work. I also didn’t appreciate the mess they left behind. The interior of my car was completely covered in dust and there were soot stains on my roof liner. The actual paint job was good. I still think the color is a bit off but my spouse keeps saying it’s just me being paranoid now. I picked this place out of USAAs recommended repair facilities and would probably not return for future repairs nor would I recommend it.

I had work done on my FR-S two years ago after a collision and they did awesome work with repair and blending a pearl white paint job, which isn't easy to do according to my father who worked in auto body for 30 years. Not only that, but I just took it back after a bracket failed (s&@t happens) and the front fender popped out a bit. This was after two years and they fixed it for absolutely free without question and in about 15 minutes. I would definitely go back to this shop if I ever needed anything done but here's hoping I won't need to.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. They were extremely kind, professional, informative, and they even cleaned my car so it looks like it did when I first bought it off the lot. Don't waste your time going anywhere else because of the sheer amount of dishonesty and lack of skills/experience the other body shops generally have. Ask for Chaz, he is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Poor is the only nice word I can think of to describe not only the service but the work as well. The delivery was pushed back three times. When I was told it was finally done, none of the body lines matched up. Absolutely the most horrible lack of craftsmanship and attention to detail i have ever seen from a body shop. I honestly think a high school body shop class could have done a better job. I will never use Ebby's again.
