Sherwin-Williams goes above and beyond to make sure us painters have the products we need in a timely manner. They could definitely work on training in their sales associates in the world of actual paint application.

There's a new Sherwin-Williams in Middleton. No waiting and very friendly staff. Would recommend.

Walked in the store today around 10am. Waited in the entrance for 15 minutes before someone came from the back of the store. He started assesting another customer. After he was finished I asked him a question about paint thinner. He told me they were out of stock unless I bought 5 gallons worth. Not a big deal but he had a bad attitude. Then I informed him I need a tip for my spray gun. He opened the area to get the tip out and then after a few seconds tried to rush me on what tip I needed. I could tell he was in a bad mood by his demeanor. I'm a loyal customer and felt totally disrespected. I will think twice before going back in and take my business elsewhere.
