They do not pay. Its as simple as that. I did a small amount of work for Peter and I have been waiting and waiting to be paid. "Its in the mail, I didn't get an invoice can you send it again, must have got lost in the mail, who did you send it to?" these are a small sampling of the lies I've heard from Peter. Don't work for this guy, you will not get paid. If you're a customer don't use these guys, do not support contractors who don't pay.

I just finished 2 contracts with RCI (actually Peter himself, was the person I dealt with!) I Was very pleased with my experience, he was very professional, and I felt he went out of his way to make sure deadlines were met. I will definitely be handing out some business cards for RCI. As the knowledge and care I received are worth recommending. Good luck to you guys in your future endeavours! CHEERS 🥂

Good to work with. Took a while to get paid but I did eventually.

Pay day is never pay day. Both my father and my brother have worked with this company recently and lets just say its more fun going to get teeth pulled at the dentist rather than collecting a pay check from these guys. An old co-worker of my dads (which is a woman) was treated like complete garbage and ended up leaving due to steve's nasty words and sly comments about both her and her daughter. My brother was supposed to get paid on the 15th of december, they ended up making him wait until christmas day (apparently) So he went to collect his funds and your company is now giving him a song and a dance around why he is not getting paid. My dad said not one of his paychecks were on time and head office was great on every other day other than pay day when in which the guy would lock his office door and tell everyone cheques were in at 5 (meanwhile banks are closed). A piss poor managed company and RCI COATINGS is developing quite the reputation in the painting industry. MERRY CHRISTMAS

We have worked with this company twice now once to paint or home and another for our commercial property. This company was outstanding from start to finish. Very knowledgeable with quoting and took all of our preferences into serious consideration. They were able to work around myself and my wife’s schedule to get the job done in quick and efficient time. There were little to no touch ups required and took very little follow up for completion! Would recommend them to anyone.
