The first time I visited last year no issues and my pieces turned out great, but unfortunately this last visit I am not sure if I will go again. I went with a group of 3 people, all painted different pieces. We were told it would take a week for the glazing etc which is fine. I went yesterday to grab the 3 pieces (one week later) and only 2 were done. The girl stated something happened it would be done by tonight- totally fine I get it. Now one of the 2 pieces had chips in it but whatever. I call today to inquire about my piece that was suppose to be finished last night, and the girl stated “oh something went wrong it won’t be done for a couple more days, but we will call you when it’s done this time”. My question is, what could have went wrong with a simple bowl that didn’t allow it to be done at the same time as 2 other pieces in the same group that were cupcake jars? We told them we would pick them up all together, therefore they should be ready all together! Wasting my time driving down there and making phone calls and it’s still not ready. For the additional cost you pay to glaze etc on top of the price of the piece, I would expect it to be done when they say it will be. Kinda scared that they broke it and are pulling me around until they fix it. Really not impressed with the professionalism or organization of this site.
