Agreed ..Avoid!! Rip off!! They never respond to emails. They charge extra when leaving for HST which was not noted in fine print. Only did one piece of pottery and only one hour but was suppose to be two and two!!! Big let down. Go else where with your money!!!

tried the new location in Brampton, price totally not worthy it and stuff were rushing us off on the wheels after 7 mins because there were late people that want to steal our booked time. Stuff was also trying to stop our own creation with little instruction on making the clay better even we are capable of. Don't think the instructors are experienced clay makers. The stuff's attitude kind of ruined my moment of playing, especially after they tried to stop me to continue working on the wheel like few mins after I barely started my creation. Overall, not a good place to go for wheel throwing clay.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I FIND IT FUNNY HOW ALL THE RECENT REVIEWS ARE ONE STAR, SHOCKER. I purchased a glow in the dark groupon for 2 as a birthday present. I called several times to book as NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Finally on the 3rd day of trying to call, I was booked in. Upon arriving no one greeted us. That place is smaller than my bedroom. THEY BOOKED ME IN FOR THE WRONG THING. They booked me in for a regular painting session, and then on top of that they charged me $22.60 extra for canvas's even though my groupon covered that cost. When I informed them of that fact they said they would issue a refund, which I'm still waiting for MONTHS LATER. See attachments :)

Horrible customer service. Got confirmation the day before that we were confirmed for our booking on a Friday at 7:30. Drove almost an hour to find out it was closed, even though their website states open 5-9. Called both numbers listed and emailed, and no response from anyone. Listen to the other negative reviews and do not waste your money or time.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If I could rate this a 0 I would. We arrived 10 min early and were barely greeted, there was no heat in the place. After waiting 10 minutes (after our appointment time) we were taken to a room to wait some more. Finally our instructor arrived and thought we were enrolled in a different class. The person we first spoke to hadn't even bothered to check what our appointment was for, she could have started it way earlier. After that was figured out, there was a ton of additional charges for pretty much everything we asked. We finally said we'd just paint the basic mug and get it over with. After waiting another 5 minutes she returned with empty palettes and said we could just leave if we weren't happy and could get a refund through groupon. I said are you kicking us out? And she just said you can leave because we have other clients coming in and we don't want them to see you unhappy. I texted the owner and they didn't seem too concerned and told us to get a refund through groupon. All in all they ruined what was supposed to be my mom's Christmas present, that we were both very excited for. On top of that when I first tried to book using their online reservation form, I just never heard back. When I texted to follow up, they ignored the part about having not heard and just booked the appointment. Ashlyn was very unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. I do not recommend this place at all!
