I walked in around 650p Thursday & was greeted by this assistant manager who rudely displayed her dismay that I was there before her closing time, so obvious that she was impatient with my inquiry in spite of the fact I told her I was a returning customer and please help me look up the same paint I purchased on 5/6/18.
She, Domonique Sanchez, couldn’t locate my previous orders right away on computer, asked me if I bought the paint there, then I showed her my phone with screenshots, she was more short and curt with impatience written all over her face and proceeded to throw my phone down on the counter as she looked up my paint info and huffed and puffed more when I asked what’s the next size up and what are the prices.
Clearly she didn’t want to work more, so I politely asked her what time do you close and are you upset I came in late that’s why your attitude and service is so poor and why did you slam my phone down?!
She then said, “Oh I just dropped it but I’ll still make you a gallon”, I had enough of her terrible attitude told her I will be reporting her to her manager, she said go ahead his name is Dave!
Shame on Her and Sherwin Williams for having this kind of assistant manager!
I told her you just lost my business, I was going to send my contractor back to buy more to cover my homes and walls!
The gentleman who served me on 5/6 was much more helpful and got me to enroll in their value customer program and I ended up purchase more items because of his service, but after the encounter with this Domonique Sanchez the assistant manager, who’s unwilling to help customer til the end of her shift and gave me that she’s too good to be bothered attitude, no customer deserves to be treated like that by her, I would not set foot into that store again and neither will my contractors and friends.
