Called in a paint order and spoke to Victor. Gave all needed info and he even asked for my phone number in case of issues. When I showed up to pick up paint I was told by Victor that there was a problem, something had changed, and the new product was not compatible with the new. Never got a call because he said he wrote it down wrong. Wish I could say that I won't be back

Horribly disappointing. Came in looking for exterior paint schemes for an HOA. Received little to no help and the staff seemed unhelpful and un-knowledgeable. I noted that the store was also empty. The HOA discount per the manager is "per coupon" and may not be available depending on month. Not something I can tell home owners. Went to Dunn Edwards down the street and was immediately helped by the Professional Color Advisor. Gave me coffee and helped me match ever single color from an old faded color HOA approved color scheme. Gave me the automatic discount and an email to help design housing schemes. I am submitting Dunn Edwards paint to our HOA. The store was packed with contractors and they still found time to help me.
