Uh oh, better get Maaco - is right. Every time a ding or dent happens, big or small, this place makes it as good as new. Quality work, fast, and reliable. You get what you pay for (and more), even at an affordable price.

They make you pay upfront. I was told that my paint job would be ready by Wednesday, I get a call on Thursday saying I need to choose a different color the paint is not mixing. Then he said it would be done on Saturday, I get a call on Friday telling me it won’t be ready till Monday. If it is going to take 2 weeks just tell me, don’t keep calling every few days to tell me it will be longer.

I had my Mercedes-Benz painted here. Although there are mixed reviews I took a chance. I ended up going with the middle paint package and am happy with the results. It was a bit more expensive then anticipated but couldn't find anything much cheaper. I was able to get my car back within a week with no complaints. The only issues I had with the whole transaction was the fact that they want payment in full before they take your car, that isn't posted so it caused some inconvenience to go back and get my credit card but they worked with me. The other issue was once I got a quote on Saturday it wasn't printed and thus had to get another quote once I came back that was slightly higher although it was only 3 days or so apart. Overall I would recommend this place.

Took my Honda Odyssey to Macco Pearl City for a paint job. Met with Alan, general manager who gave me a quote/offer saying the quote fluctuates every month based on the cost of paint from their seller; I didn't have much time to decide, but he did give me an offer that was hard to refuse. Do note that Maaco takes the full amount/payment up front. I don't know why that is, but they do. I did shop around for offers though. So, I took him up on the offer, took my car there and after 4 days, I was met by a nice beautiful shiny new car except Maaco did not paint/fix the decals on both the driver and passenger side. I was quite disappointed that I had a nice shiny new van with one bad spot that ruined it for me. I called Alan up about this and he was very accommodating; he told me to bring the car in and they would take care of it. I did and they painted the area up. I didn't like returning back there for something they could have done to avoid another trip. Alan is big on seeing the big picture, but I guess he missed this one. I still don't know how the paint will fare out during the years, but I was happy with how the van came out of the shop. The first thing I wanted to do when I got the van was to vacuum it, but I saw that it was clean. The guys vacuumed inside my van!! I was super grateful; it was the best thing anyone has ever done for me. THANK YOU ALAN AND YOUR TEAM!! I love looking at my beautiful shiny van!! Def recommend this place to anyone.

The employees are so friendly and helpful. My vehicle wasn't quite what I had expected. Not in a good way - my dash and one of my air conditioner vents had been cracked and they must have broken my windshield because I noticed as I was driving off that my decals that belong on my windshield were missing and the little crack at the top was gone so I figured they must have broken my windshield and had to replace it. If that was the issue I would have been okay with it if they would have communicated that with me.
