This company is amazing. I loved working for CE as a Branch Manager. Being a branch Manager is hard work and not for the faint of heart. You must be highly motivated and ambitious to be successful at this company, but with the tools and strategies CE give you, it’s possible. I highly recommend CE to anyone looking to learn the ropes of entrepreneurship while making a lot of money. Also, the paint jobs are high quality and priced fairly.

This company provides amazing opportunities for motivated college students. The experience you go through equips you with valuable problem solving skills, time/stress management, organization, responsibility, diligence, and so much more. It is a unique opportunity that gives you a peek into the world of business, as well as what it means to be a truly independent adult. Would recommend to people who are willing to work hard to become the people they want to be.

Overall, my experiences with collegiate have been very helpful with learning how to run and manage my own business. I was pushed to grow as a businessman and as an individual in order to keep everything running smoothly throughout the year. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to one day own their own business.

I worked for them as a Branch Manager and ended up leaving about halfway through the summer. Basically, after I left due to not selling enough work and deciding to try to make more money elsewhere, they took a full 2 months to pay my 2 former employees there paychecks worth over $400. I have yet to be paid anything after selling over $14,000 and producing $2,702 of that myself and it has been about 2 months. My mentor/Regional Manager refused to answer my texts or calls, so did his boss and his Boss' Boss. They wont even get back to me about my payment and they give very little/weak training to their Branch Managers. If at all possible, FIND OTHER SUMMER WORK.

I was a summer Branch Manager (BM) for CE. CE always provided support and if actively sought for, advice. I learned immeasurably about myself, running a business and management. Even senior business majors acknowledged I knew more about business than them. In retrospect, I wish Painter Training had be more rigorous and informative, especially for BMs. Additionally, I could have been even more successful had I received further field training and more involved monitorship. Nonetheless, the pros greatly outweigh the cons. I formed a wonderful community full of incredible people that will be valuable for life. Collegiate gave me a life changing experience that I wouldn't trade for the world.
