Amy was so helpful when I went in after there was a snafu with my coupon. She was patient and thorough and got on the phone with 4 different people to help resolve it. I appreciate her attentiveness and excellent customer service. The paint and tools I got from the store were also high quality, and they made the job so much easier. Thanks so much!

The guy was overboard helpful. You don't get that much anymore. And I could hear one of the sales guys being the same to his customer. Awesome paint too. Painted bathroom with wall paper already on it for 20+ years. Covered in one coat. The wall paper was white with little red symbols on it.

I call this place anytime I need an answer to any painting question. If the person who answers the phone doesn't know the answer they make sure they get it and get back to you quickly. This is definatley my favorite Sherwins location.

Sherwin Williams used to be the best at matching colors but now they have employees who have NO idea what they’re doing The little girl who waited on me tried 5 times to make a very simple color match but could never get it right And the other employees were very little help... After waiting for over an hour, I took the ruined swatch (only one I have) and have no choice but to go back to the teenagers at Lowe’s or Home Depot I’ve used SW for years so this is very disappointing When did they go so downhill?
