These guys are great! I called this morning at 8am with no hot water, by 11am they were at my house with a new tank and by 3:00 I was able to have a warm shower! I will be using pro solutions for all of my future plumbing needs. Fantastic service men (Kyle), and Irene was really a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Thank you so much.

I had some not-so-great customer service the first time we used ProSolutions for a leaking sink problem couple weeks ago. When I reviewed them based on this service, Jason took it on himself to call and explain what went wrong, and talk about how they can make this right for us. Forward to today, I called and requested a service again as there was still leaking in the sink. Talked to Jason and explained the situation. He send his best people to put a new set of eyes on the problem. The technicians spend a good amount of time - but fixed the problem at the end. Jason then called me to check up on it and said he will follow up in a couple of days again to ensure the problem is fixed for good. Now, I know this is a long review but just wanted to show you that while some days might not be as good as others, Jason cares deeply about his customers' experiences and does all he can to ensure top customer satisfaction. So know that you will be in good hands, and you will get a quality service. I will still have the bad taste from my first experience but I know that I can count on ProSolutions going forward.

ProSolutions is awesome to work with. Their team is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable! I love their followup and customer service. Jason is clearly an owner who cares and Irene in the office and Simon on service calls really rock! There is a reason this company is super busy and their quality staff and how they interact with customers is it! 5 stars? No. 10 stars!!!

My husband and I are thrilled with our new furnace and as thrilled with Pro Solutions. They were professional, easy to deal with and always returned phone calls immediately. RIley, our furnace technician was fantastic. Besides being extremely likeable and positive, especially in the face of our very demanding job, he was also extremely knowledgable, professional, diligent and a hard worker. He has a great work ethic and both my husband and I were very impressed with him. He did a fantastic job taking apart our old furnace and installing our new one. We can't say enough good things about him and about Pro Solutions. We would highly recommend them.

When our "usual" plumbing company didn't answer our after hours calls I called ProSolutions instead. I'm so glad I did. While I didn't need immediate service, they rearranged their schedules to get to me first thing in the morning to repair a leaking line in my basement. The business owner, Jason, contacted me directly to make sure I got what I needed as soon as possible. He definitely went out of his way to help us out and got us a great deal on top of that. 5 stars for sure. I'll be contacting them again for all of our maintenance and plumbing needs.
