Excellent service from start to finish. Appointment booking was painless and very professional. The saying "you always get what you pay for" doesn't apply with Pro Plumbing & Heating. Their pricing was cheaper than most and their work exceeded all expectations. They do not gouge. The field craft are very polite, professional, courteous, efficient and competent. We didn't have to watch over them while they worked. We got the results we wanted in a timely manner and at a great cost. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. We cannot say enough positive about all of our experiences with Pro Plumbing & Heating and highly recommend them.

I would most definitely recommend pro plumbing to everyone who needs top notch plumbing service! I can attest from many previous experiences with them that they are quick to respond to any situation that arises and always do an excellent job. Always knowledgeable about how to prevent further problems. Very nice to work with. Prompt and professional. Friendly and efficient in all aspects of the job. Perfect example of how all businesses should be run. Highly recommend them!

Pro Plumbing & Heating is my go-to company for plumbing and heating needs, and has been for many years. Scheduling is fast and courteous for problems that come up often unexpectedly. I have so appreciated the friendliness and consideration of the professionals coming out to do the jobs, especially Kevin. Reliable and professional service. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work :)

The word "Pro" definitely fits this company. Steven the plumber arrived at my house 20 minutes earlier than the appointment time. Not only did he do the big jobs that I wanted, but he did the little jobs as well, a complete package of work beyond the minimal work that other plumbing companies get away with.

We called them out for a cracked/burst water pipe. We called very first thing in the morning and they were at our house promptly. Our plumber's name was Devon W. and I can't say enough good things about him. He really looked at the problem, thought about some factors specific to our house and gave a few options and told me which one he thought was best. I REALLY liked this approach, because I want to know options, I want to be informed and I want to know that my plumber isn't just going with the easiest or most expensive option. He also looked (at my request_ at other issues we had around the house and made suggestions, but did not get pushy about doing the work. He did great work and was very nice. We will be calling Devon for future jobs if necessary!
