Called Amyotte's when we had the cold snap as my furnace went out in the middle of the night, came right out and had my furnace going by morning. Great prompt, friendly service.

Amyotte misrepresented a plumbing issue and overcharged us. We called Amyotte to fix a water backup in our basement for the pipe extending from the house to the city sewer. The plumber spent five hours and did not fix the problem. We were charged $577.50. What Amyotte never told us was that, for problems involving pipes from the house to the city sewer, residents can call the city and fix the issue for free if the problem occurs at the junction to the city pipe. We did so, and the city was able to fix the issue in less than an hour compared to the five hours Amyotte worked on the issue. Moreover, the Amyotte plumber was dishonest - he claimed to have spent the time extending the line to 21 feet - beyond our property line - and could not find the problem. If fact, the city staff confirmed that the problem was at 18 feet, which means that Amyotte never fixed a problem that they at least should have for the charge. I called Amyotte four times over the next two months asking for a rebate. I was able to speak to the manager twice, and both times he promised to review the issue and call me back. He never did. After four months, I have given up.

Had an afterhours emergency leak over the Easter long weekend, they answered promptly, had the tech Evan out to the house within 40 minutes, and he had me fixed up within the hour. Awesome service, the technician was wonderful and gave me some insight on my house plumbing. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends

Now that is what I call FIRST RATE SERVICE! I remember the days when service was number one in a business eye's to build customer relations. I just want to mention and pass on that I found that with Amyotte's Plumbing & Heating. Hot water replacement was required, service man called after 4 pm mentioning he had been tied up with emergency calls, kind of expected him after lunch. Well around 7pm Amyotte's service man arrived, with a smile and also witnessed years of unseen dedication & expertise as Amyotte's;s man got to work. Within 2 hours the task was completed with exceptional workmanship. Amyotte's Plumbing & Heating are very lucky to have a dedicated tradesman of Luke's caliber and expertise, but not forgetting the most valuable asset, people skills and personality. Every firm would like their name held high with quality people working with them. As I mentioned, Luke is at the top of that list and i would recommend Luke and Amyotte's Plumbing & Heating for required repairs within the firms expertise of this valuable trade. Very cost effective and service is second to none. Thank you Amyotte's Plumbing & Heating, and THANK YOU Luke, wish you & yours the very best. I do appreciate your expertise & dedication to detail.

Here is my recent experience with that company: I had my toilet drain plugged and i was looking for plumbing company to fix it. Because i have already tried to fix it myself and did not succeed,i started my conversation with Bill,dispatch manager, from the question if he can send a tech with camera to the house and fix the problem. He gave me the price for truck($55) ,labor ($95). and for camera ($65 for camera) I told that it all good,when we can do it? We set up an appointment for Tuesday. On Tuesday i got a call from him,that his techs will not come to the house. We set up appointment for Wednesday after 1 o'clock. Tech showed up at 7 o'clock, and was able to fix the problem,but when I asked about the camera,he told me that he never been told about it and it cost $150 ,not $65,like I was told .$65 was only for snaking. They dont carry cameras in the truck,unless it required by the specific order. Next morning I have called Bill and He told me ,that we spoke about camera at first,but later i called him and told that snaking is enough and I dont need camera anymore. I did call him about company failing the appointment,but never told him to cancel the camera. He completely denied that,he also told me that he knows,that camera cost $150 and he never planned to send camera to my house. That was the end of our conversation. He did apologized for inconvenience, but it worth nothing to me.
