Recently moved to Airdrie. The team at Big Springs helped me with setting up AC, a garage heater and plumbing for my basement. They went above and beyond on 3 occasions. From Matt, the installers and the folks who work in the office they are amazing and easy to deal with. Be sure to get them to quote on your next job. You wonâ€™t regret it.

I have used Big Springs Plumbing professionally before for clients renovations to reinstall toilets, pedestal sinks and reconnect appliances and they have always been great. Yesterday I had the opportunity to use them for my own home, my furnace was making weird screeching and humming noises through the night, so the next morning my husband called and they were able to come over within a few hours, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the part on the truck, so they were able to switch it right then, we never even went without heat. Always great working with them.

I had scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advanced to get a quote for having some work done. I was given a window for someone to show up between 8:30am and 4:30 pm, which is an exceptionally large 8 hour window, which I expect from the cable companies but not a plumbing & heating company. Needless to say I needed to take the day off work to accommodate this 8 hour window only to have nobody show up. When I reached out about it I was told "Our technicians are very busy today and someone would still likely be coming" at this point is now 545pm and I had already wasted the entire day and wasn't able to wait any longer, I responded letting them know I would no longer be home and that a courtesy call would have been appreciated. I understand your technicians had a busy day that is not the concern but letting me know would have been nice instead of me waiting 8hours, taking the day off work and being told to wait longer for a question mark amount of time. I was not offered an opportunity to reschedule and no effort was made to accommodate this mistake. Maybe I am in the wrong here but I sincerely don't see why I should wait over 8 hours for nobody to show up and nobody to give me the courtesy of letting me know and then not even respond to make an effort at rescheduling or rectifying the error. Not too impressed.
