My technician was Henry. He is knowledgeable , polite and efficient. My water heater is a little over three years old, which it was out of warranty for labor.. To make it to code would have made the cost 2/3 what a new one would, plus getting hot water that day verses get the part and fix the current one a couple days away. The part had a recall after about a year after purchase and now again made me weigh heavily whether it was going to continue happening. Plus maybe start a fire. It kept tripping the circuit breaker, which I also had replaced in case it was bad. Decided to go with a new install and everything was brought to standard. Earthquake straps, overflow tank, and pressure valve be hooked back up. Was given 10% senior discount and had hot water that day. Thanks Henry for a job done well. He even helped me get a filter case off my water softener with no added charge. We would diffinitely call on CPI again.

CPI Plumbing is lucky to have Jake! When people are in need of plumbing services, it's often not the best of circumstances, but Jake actually makes it a pleasant experience! He is professional, polite, skillful, and an amazing problem-solver. He is patient, knowledgeable, and explains everything thoroughly - and he keeps you informed and updated on how everything is going. Highly recommended! Thank you, Jake! :)

The service we received from Jake was outstanding. He arrived when Jenette, our first contact with CPI (who was also very helpful), said he would, supplied with all the appliances that would eventually be required to address our plumbing needs. Jake diagnosed our problem (a blocked drainage pipe) quickly and accurately, and laid out our options (with prices). He explained each one thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. Jake proceeded to work non-stop from 2pm to 8pm, clearing our blockage, replacing our disposal, and installing a new water heater, taking care to protect our rugs and floors the whole time. His competency, dedication to service, and winning personality have made him our "go to" plumber for any future needs. We can't thank him enough.
