My dealing with Pioneer Plumbing has been excellent. They were quick to schedule someone to do the work and arrived during the time window that they promised. The crew that did the work was very courteous and definitely had good experience. After trying to book one of their competitors originally, I was rescheduled 3 times for the same job and eventually cancelled what would have been a 4th appointment. I'd recommend Pioneer to anyone who would listen!

This company was very good to deal with. Dale, the coordinator, handled the booking efficiently and the plumber, Josh was very knowledgeable and arrived promptly. He offered suggestions for preventative maintenance in addition to the job of removing the old garburator. Job was completed in 1.5 hours. I was very satisfied. Thank you Josh.

I'm a Residential Property (Strata) Manager. I've worked with Pioneer Plumbing for almost fifteen years. They have always been dependable, reliable and well priced. When they don't know the answer to something, they will research it and come back with solutions. I recommend them to my entire staff and am happy to refer them at any time.

My Nest furnace was not happy in Jan and I called Pioneer Plumbing and Heating. The young man who came to service the furnace was punctual, courteous and very efficient. The thermostat was fixed as well as one gas line that was blocked. The furnace is working very well now. Thank you.

I've used Pioneer Plumbing for a variety of jobs from backed-up toilets, leaky pipes all the way to replacing my main sewer pipe buried 11 feet down. They are very competent and professional. I can always depend on the job being done well.
