We had an unexpected 25-ft pipe that needed to be cleared within one day as to not interrupt construction that was already in progress. They came out within 3 hours for a free quote and we agreed to it. They came out the next day to do the work, and were courteous and professional. The job took half the time that they thought it would take … and they ended up charging us half the quoted rate. We were blown away and so very grateful. There aren't a lot of companies out there that are this honest and accommodating. Will definitely recommend to all, and if we need them, we will call again. Thank you!

Get invoices from random jobs emailed to me all the time. Might not want to give out to much personal information because you don't know who might be looking at your information! *Update* They addressed the issue of random invoices being emailed to me, however it seems they were only able to correct it for a few months. So again I would caution providing any personal information as they are not able to keep it very secure

Charles was absolutely amazing! He provided me with great deal of information and also lots of helpful tips to help me in the future. Definately would use Rapid Rooters and their services again if and when needed!

I purchased a gas stove only to find out that due to the gas line placement, my new stove stuck out 6" from the wall. I called Rapid Rooter Plumbing and they said they could send an employee out to give me a free estimate. An hour later, Dustin showed up and, after assessing the work needed, said he could do the job right then and in under an hour. He shortened and re-positioned the gas line and valve, tested for any leakage, and made sure the stove was as close to the wall as possible. His work was fast, courteous and thorough. It was especially nice to not have to wait a day or more just to have the work done and I really appreciate the prompt service. We will be calling Rapid Rooter Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

We called about 9:30 PM and Raymond showed up a bit after 10:00. He was personable, professional and thorough. I'm 100% pleased with the service and next time this happens I'll be calling them to send Raymond back out. Top notch operation, as far as I can tell.
