Super impressed with the professional service by this company. I actually needed somebody in an emergency situation where I had to do a last-minute call and get somebody to come in right away. It can be kind of frustrating as a single lady of two kids because you're letting someone into your home and you don't know who to trust! I am also new to.Kamloops. They came in very professional and I really enjoyed their upfront pricing and they were booties in my home protecting my floors was a nice touch. I will a hundred percent be calling them again and definitely recommending them to my friends and family. Great job Mr Rooter!

I will start by saying the service we received today from the technician, Ryan, was excellent. That said, I am left wondering how much we might have saved by getting a second quote on the work. We had several jobs to be done and hoped to combine them. One of the jobs was to install a toilet in our upstairs bathroom (we had already purchased the toilet and all the parts) and the cost was quoted to me as $255 for the job. I can install a toilet myself, and I know how easy it is to do. It rarely takes more than an hour. I declined that service and will now be looking elsewhere for future plumbing needs. No plumber is worth $255 an hour - no matter how good they are.

Mr. Rooter was a breath of fresh air to work with. From the inquiry, to the job itself... we communicated with confident and educated representatives. The tech was prepared for whatever the job called for, even though he came to just give a diagnosis. It was fast and efficient work. I would recommend Mr. Rooter again and again!

Great service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fixed a drainage problem in less than 2 hours that had been left unresolved by others. Very happy with the service and the guarantee on the work.

Mr rooter is fast and reliable, I work closely beside them everyday and have no complaints about them! They are super quick on getting out to an emergency service call anytime of the night. The technicians are well trained, and can answer any questions I may have for them. Very respectful crew!
