Chuck came out and fixed our furnace. It's going to be very cold tomorrow and we had no furnace. Chuck was on time, the dispatch did a fine job of keeping us updated. I really appreciated Chuck. He took the time to explain his testing & analysis, he even left to go get the part and came back the same day to ensure we had heat tomorrow when the temp is suppose to only be in the 20's. I sure appreciated that. We will be a return customer of Blue Sky for sure! Thanks Chuck!

The crew was very knowledgeable and communicative. Having an older house, there were a few things to figure out once they got going. They worked with me every step of the way. Very professional crew. After the install was complete, there were a few issues that came up with different areas having leaks. They were able to come out the same day I called with an issue to take care of it. Very good customer service. If I had to be critical, I'd say that the cleanliness could have been a little better. While they did try to clean up after themselves, I did notice a good amount of debris left over. Not sure if that was because they were in a hurry, but could have been cleaned up a bit better. I know that removing drywall is a messy ordeal, but a little more site prep could have gone a long way so that my wife and I didn't have to sweep and dust as much as we did. I had mentioned this to the estimator that came out. I would have been able to put down the protection if needed, but I was assured that they would take necessary precautions. All-in-all, though, I am very happy with the quality of work and overall experience. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend to anyone looking to have similar work done or just need a trustworthy plumbing company.

We’ve been in our house for several years and I’ve avoided having annual cleaning and maintenance on our furnace as it is working fine. I decided to be safe rather than sorry and called Blue Sky based on some recommendations from Nextdoor and was very impressed with our technician, Omar. Typically I would show him where everything is and then go about my day but he suggested he could walk me through the cleaning/maintenance process if I was interested. I spent the next hour or so in the basement and he walked me through everything he was doing. He was incredibly thorough and informative (as you would expect) and explained everything to me in detail and in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected. I will certainly be using Blue Sky and hopefully Omar for both our annual air condition and furnace servicing going forward!

I had a sewage smell in my house and Dan was able to easily identify the issue and reroute pipes in my crawl space to address the issue. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Dan and Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating made the whole process easy!

Excellent work. I would recommend Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating to anyone. In fact I have recommended them. Not every plumbing company will come up to Georgetown, CO.
