March 20/18 Excellent service! Very timely, professional and helpful in meeting any requests we had. Curtis and Tim recently installed new Toto toilets, bathroom sink taps, shut-off valves in bathrooms and kitchen and a new water softener. We would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Curtis for meeting all our requests in such a timely fashion and answering all our questions. We have signed up as loyalty members. May 9/18 Update - Just had them out to install a gas line for our deck barbecue. Excellent service once again. Timely, careful, professional. Curtis takes time to test, demonstrate and explain everything he completed. I highly recommend them. Thank you. Betty and Howard

Duel Temp came out to my house one cold day in December of 2017. Jeffrey brought his team out to my home as I have a horizontal furnace. I have had over 4 companies in the past 8 years of owning my home to have my furnace looked at. The basement would get super cold and the top floors of the bi-level super-hot. It was hard to balance the heat in a newer build home. Although a challenge, Duel Temp came out to the house and was able to trouble shoot that I had holes in my heat exchanger as a result of all the past tweaks and improper education about filters. Duel Temp sent me both an email and a text to advise which technicians were coming to my home prior to their arrival. They cleaned up the area to the best of their ability without leaving me with a mess. They were very professional and offered me many options on how to deal with a purchase of a new furnace. Duel Temp is in my contact list as the only go-to for heating concerns that may arise in the future.

Overall, I am very impressed with the service I received today from “One Hour Plumbing.†After my hot water tank sprung a leak, I was able to get speedy service from the company. Everyone was very courteous and professional from the receptionist, service desk to Chris Erickson, service repair person. Chris and other members of the One Hour Plumbing team took great care at my home to ensure care, and attention was given not to damage anything and to ensure floor protective covers were placed with other preventive measures. The workmanship was excellent, done efficiently and carefully. It's not always easy to find a company today providing excellence in quality, service, and customer satisfaction. However, One Hour Plumbing hit the mark right on. I have no reservations recommending this company to others.

On a Friday at closing we had a leak in our hot water tank. The estimate for arrival was a couple hours. Ryan showed up just 45 minutes after my call. He came and diagnosed the problem. A new hot water tank was needed. Ryan and Dwayne did the removal and installation quickly and professionally. Incredible experience especially as I'm new to the area and randomly chose a plumber. I've found my go to!
