RT Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a great experience with RT Heating. They did an awesome job on my furnace taking time and great care to make sure it was done right. The technicians Lars and Joel were courteous and very respectful of my home. They explained everything thoroughly and gave me advice where I needed it. Will definitely be using this company next time.

had the best customer service with this company!! Lars and Joel were very amazing, did a complete walk through the house with us explained in very good detail exactly what they were doing and give us awesome tips to keep our furnace clean.. I would highly recommended this company to anyone.

Have used these on 3 occasions - Tom & his team offer a great service. Lars was the service guy this recent time and he was so nice and did a great job. Explained everything he was doing and left without leaving a mess. An awesome guy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the Central Alberta area. Thank you!

I would like to thank RT Heating and Air Conditioning for their generosity and amazing service. Last week I called Tom who had installed my garage heater previously and who I have known for some time and asked him when his next opening was to have my vents cleaned. He mentioned he was starting to book up into December. I explained to him that if I couldn’t get them done right away I was going to have to call someone else since my son had recently been extremely ill and I needed the dust out of the house in order to keep him healthy while we wait to see a specialist at the Calgary Children’s Hospital. Tom instantly said he would make it happen and within a couple days he had sent his Tech Lars. The day Lars was at our home was an emotional and uneasy day as we waited for the doctor to call but Lars came in as a true professional with a big smile on his face, a great attitude and took my mind off what was going on in my personal life. Lars used drop cloths throughout the house and was sure to be extra careful not to cause any damage or leave a mess. He spent the entire afternoon at our house and even managed to get his work done with our Giant Schnauzer puppy trying to help him. When completed he showed me a picture of what came out of the vents which I thought was an interesting touch. At the end of the process, Lars gave me a bill and the final number was $21.00. (I was expecting it to be around $400) I thought it was an error, he said Tom wanted to make sure my son was healthy and my entire bill was $21.00! I never asked Tom for a deal and was just overly impressed that he was able to fit me in so fast, but the kind gift that Tom gave us was above and beyond. I highly recommend RT Heating And Air Conditioning to anyone looking to have their vents cleaned, air conditioning, garage heater or a new furnace. Thank you, Tom, you truly are an amazing business person with a big heart and I am lucky to call you my friend and I promise to pay it forward

Today is the third time RT has done work on my house over the last five years. Ive previously had an AC unit and a furnace installed which are both amazing and both are working flawlessly. Today I had Lars for a duct cleaning and again I am beyond impressed. Lars was very personable and professional. He took his time, made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and I should mention this is the first time it has been done in 5+ years. While he was here he also mentioned a dryer duct cleaning which I agreed to. A large and potentially dangerous blockage was found and removed. I cant say how thankful I am to Lars and the RT team, youve again exceeded my expectations.
