BW Bouwman Plumbing Ltd

The worst service imaginable. I initially went to their office to book a furnace install. I had to call and email multiple times until they finally sent someone out. After another month of waiting I was told that the service guy they sent wasn't qualified for the task. Another month later another guy showed up and the install proceeded. EIGHT MONTH after, I got an invoice for the work the original service guy did. The invoice included parts that I HAD PAID FOR already and also the time he spent inspecting for the furnace install (which was invalid, apparently). The only thing these guys get one star for is the quality of the furnace install. It's good. And was about $3,000 more than I expected. Their front end office staff are rude. I went in again to ask about a hot water heater and was given a lecture by Murray on how rural water cannot use an on demand water heater. This is a myth. City water can be far worse. I was quoted on a tank water heater that was $1500 MORE than the tankless. But that's not it. Apparently these guys are so disorganized that I needed to be quoted SEPARATELY for the install. I asked how long that would take, given my dismal experience with a furnace quote. I was told I'd hear from them in a couple days. That was 6 weeks ago. A service guy at Bouman told me the prices were expensive because "everything is expensive right now". Quote: "Even an elbow is $45!". That's right. $45. Well when I did the water heater install myself, the elbow - the EXACT - same one they used on the furnace, was $4.88 at Home Depot. ???? Are these guys marking up the prices 10x? Like I said - the front end staff are horrible to deal with. The quotes and costs are well above any competitors. The installation was credible. Decide wisely.

Over the years I've been dealing with these guys and the work seems to keep getting faster these a respectable people doing a respectable job. Keep up the good work in are community.

Just so wonderful especially the gal on phone.she even went out of her way to text me parts that I thought I needed on her own personal cell...she was awesome...great great service
