Tyson Duran, who came today to blow out my sprinkler system, was very knowledgeable. Brothers called and asked if I would be available earlier than scheduled for my appointment which was really nice that I didn’t have to wait until the afternoon. Tyson was professional and was able to answer any questions I had. He completed the job in a timely manner. This is the second year I have used Brothers for this service. Not only will I call them back for this but will call them for any future plumbing needs I have since they are so professional.

After finding dangerous gas leaks in my 24-year-old furnace, Jacob recommended I replace it. He took the time lost on servicing a lost cause (the furnace) and took care my swamp cooler shutdown, so it was an efficient call after all. The very next day he installed my new furnace, including duct work, electrical, and humidifier. Brothers had already pulled permits and scheduled city inspectors. Managers answered all my product questions and I was amazed at the price and warranty of Goodman, the manufacturer of the new furnace. Jacob is excellent at unexpected problem-solving, patient, intelligent, on time, and hard working. Jacob is a remarkable, multi-skilled technician! He went beyond the call of duty to teach me how to use the product, and amazed me with how well he cleaned the work site. Now, instead of a creepy, dark, dirty basement corner, I have a shiny, bright, modern furnace with sparkly new ducts! Two days after install, we got our first freeze and my pets (including sensitive birds) are warm & toasty. Plus, it no longer sounds like a jet plane taking off when the heat comes on! All the folks at Brothers Plumbing & Heating have been respectful, informed, skilled, and happy to help. Every plumber I have used has been excellent as well. I highly recommend Brothers for all major household issues.

I had originally called Brothers to just do a furnace tune up, but it ended up being time to replace both the furnace and water heater (which I had been predicting). The scheduling of the tune up appointment and the replacement appointment were within 24 hours for both cases. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technicians that came to replace my furnace and water heater. Jacob, Jose, and David were respectful of my home during the whole time they were here. They removed all the old equipment and installed the new equipment efficiently and in a timely manner. They clearly explained everything after it was installed and made sure all my questions were answered.

UPDATE 10/24/2018: Brothers remains awesome. Had another plumbing issue after a contractor didn't do something right - Brothers to the rescue! Specifically, Aaron was a great help in problem solving our issue. We always look to Brothers when we need plumbing, heating or electric help. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Brothers has been great to work with! We bought a 30 year old house that has not been well taken care of, and Brothers has helped us with the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing - thank goodness! Our latest visit was from Ray C and Steve S, who fixed a poorly installed toilet quickly and efficiently. They are also friendly and trustworthy - I have had to leave them in the house when I left for an appointment once, with no problems at all. Everyone Brothers has sent to our house has been great!

Called Brothers because like everyone else, wanted the furnace checked and cleaned before the cold weather hits next week. Called on pretty short notice, but they were still able to get me scheduled in just a few days. My technician was Troy. He arrived on time, checked everything, made sure everything was working as it should, cleaned everything up and gave me a lot of good information. Troy did an EXCELLENT job. First time I've ever used Brothers; can say with pretty much certainty I won't be using anyone else. Very impressed with my experience with this company; very professional from beginning to end. Great job guys!
