If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. I can't begin to explain how wonderful and efficient Chad was. He is a very nice and wonderful man and you can see he puts that into his work. I felt very comfortable and relaxed having him in our home. He is so detail-oriented and very thorough with his work. He really puts forth the effort and takes care of you as a customer- which you don't see a lot these days. The pricing was extremely fair and I will definitely be calling him back if I ever need assistance again. Thanks, Chad!

Time Inc. was great! Scheduling was easy and the tech, Chad was great. He went over everything with me and gave me a quote and then took care of the work. He was nice, professional, quick and showed up on Time, hence the name. He offered me options and made me aware of other concerns in the house that he and Time are able to address. Chad also made sure I was satisfied with the job before leaving, which I was. And as a bonus he cleaned up after himself and the mess I made in trying to fix the problem myself. Time and Chad were a great find and I highly recommend the company and this particular Field Tech.

Nate is amazing! So grateful for his advice and work ethic. He is thorough, efficient, and does a fantastic job. He installed a water heater for us a few months ago, and just today came out and cleared up a clogged sink. I recommend him to everyone who needs work done. He is very kind as well.

This was the third time we've called upon Time for help with plumbing/heating issues and once again we were incredibly satisfied. The technicians we have met have all gone above and beyond our expectations, and Chad C. was no exception today. Fair, honest, thorough, transparent, and we especially loved that he took the extra time to explain the (super fascinating) mechanical things to our inquisitive kids. We will absolutely hire Time again in the future and will always highly recommend them.

Anthony did a great job of problem solving when my kitchen plumbing issue seemed more complex than it first appeared. He first prepared me for several scenarios so I would know what I could expect, then explained his process of elimination each step of the way, providing me with helpful information. Ultimately he was able to find the issue and prevent any unnecessary expenses. Very impressive!
