You guys have made my year! ... Thanks so much Eric (Burner) and Darlene for working so fast and doing an excellent job to get not only the pressure check done, but also the repairs I needed, and explaining the process to my satisfaction. Also I appreciate your being cognizant of keeping my costs down and getting things done in a timely fashion and giving me my "young lady" discount. Eric is extremely polite and courteous and a delight to work with. Also had the pleasure of working with Jeff getting the pilot lights lit and getting the finals done. After everything you guys did to help me over the 3 days, I am a very happy camper and a new loyal customer. Thanks again for everything, ... Billye Thompson

I recently had a new water heater installed and would like to commend Darlene in the office for her professional and courteous manner in getting some out right away to replace the water heater. Also, the technician, Brandon, was very professional and did not pressure me when he quoted the price for replacement into having Flow Right replace it. He explained everything involved in detail and got right to work in replacing the water heater, cleaned up the area and again went over everything that was done. He was personable and efficient I was very happy with his work.

Will highly recommend Flow Right to anyone looking for a good plumber. Today I called and spoke with Diane in the office who asked great questions to send out the right tech. She was awesome. A couple of hours later I received a courtesy call letting me know Greg was on his way. Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came in and did his job pretty quickly and gave me additional information I requested. Definitely a great bunch of people at Flow Right. Will use them again, if another problem arises.

In the last two weeks, our school has needed the services of Flow Right Plumbing for a variety of issues.... I cannot lets this latest series of service calls proceed into the past without acknowledging the excellence once again from Flow Right. Greg came out over our spring break and performed a smoke test to track down an odor, and while her was here he also made repairs on three fountains and ordered some parts needed on another fountain. Greg was on time, very professional and proficient. This is not his first trip to our school, and every time he is here he makes a good impression with his level of knowledge and ability to find low cost, good solutions. This week we had another fountain issue come up unexpectedly for which Brandon McNeal had all of the right answers. He also took care of two other issues we had in the girls and boys showers, and ordered parts for another valve situation. Brandon is always professional at every level when he is here. We appreciate him VERY much! Of course, NONE of this gets done without the coordination performed by Darlene. From the first phone call to the follow-up, she is always friendly and professional. We know when we call she is also juggling many other appointments for service calls, and probably has a couple of calls on hold....still, she makes me feel like my problem is her top priority, and makes arrangements to get the work done by the right technician and in a timely manner!! Thank-you again Darlene!! Sonny D. Jackson Facilities Manager Swallows Charter Academy

Honest and fair! Greg from Flow Rite came to check our water heater. After some discussion about what could be causing our issue we decided to just replace the water heater. During the process of removing the old heater he noticed the water was still filling even though he turned off the water. He asked us about our faucets and I explained that we were in the process of remodeling our master bath. He checked the faucets and found that the plumbers who installed it did not put the cartridge in the new faucet. Long story short Greg saved us $1500.00 and I know who I will be calling when I do have to replace the water heater! Thanks Greg and Flow Rite!
