Today was the 3rd time I've used Milani. The technician, Ryan, arrived on time, was courteous, and respectful of the areas he was working around. He had to unclog 4 drains and replace a bathroom faucet. Took less time than I had expected and he gave me tips on how to keep one of the sinks from getting clogged again. Milani as a company has always exceeded my expectations and their technicians have always been efficient. Wouldn't go to any other place for services like these when you need work done in your home.

Feedback We called today due to flooding in our parkade. Wes arrived promptly and has been very professional. It is a difficult and somewhat recurring issue and I just wanted to say that we are very impressed and pleased with the service Wes provided today. We are actually meeting tomorrow to discuss signing a maintenance contract with Milani and our service today has gone a long way in convincing me that that would be a good decision.

Well, this is my first review, and I was driven to provide it based on a couple of categories: quality of service, timeliness, and technician. In all three categories, I am pleased to give Milani a very high/extremely satisfied ranking. From the very first touch on the phone, to their ability to help me so quickly, to the quality of the work, I’m very impressed. It’s easy for me to recommend based on my experience with them. Can’t believe I didn’t call them sooner. Don’t hesitate. Finally, a big shout out to Sukhpreet. A very friendly technician who knew exactly how to fix the problem with our drain pipe under our kitchen sink. Such a relief.

These guys are amazing! It’s always tough and scary finding a trades person that is professional and knows what they are doing. With consistently Milani has exceeded my high expectations every time they have come out to do a job for me. Well done.

Rob was absolutely amazing. He does a thorough job. He is always friendly and makes sure we are well aware of the scope of the job. We like also how he cleans up the work area once done. You feel like he truly cares about you and doing a good job not just going the motions. We highly recommend Rob and are so thankful to have him working at our buildings
