I don't really review places a lot but the service I just got was so above and beyond that I just really appreciate it and urge anyone to go with them. We had Dan come by (he called when he was on his way which was awesome) and the moment he got here he was just a very big positive energy. I usually feel uncomfortable with people in my home but I didn't mind Dan there at all. In fact it brought a good vibe to the house! The work he did was way above par. We were missing a piece (that we lost) and he was so patient when most people would seem like they are in a rush and making you feel stressed. He went to go get it at the store, came back, finished the job and that was it! Very comfortable around dogs too which is great. For a big tall guy he doesn't take up space! Very honest people and company.6 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called this excuse of a company two days ago to repair a leak in my ac unit. They asked me over the phone where the ac unit was. I told them it was in the attic. They said no problem and they will send a â€œtechâ€ June 13 2019 between 10am-12pm. I called them at 12:15pm today because no one showed up. First person Fiona put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back, they let me talk to the tech. He explained to me that because the ac unit is in the attic, he canâ€™t go in there now because it would be too hot and I need to reschedule in the morning.....okay thatâ€™s fine, But doesnâ€™t this company know that you are supposed to call your customers back and explain to them if their tech canâ€™t make it. If they canâ€™t use a computer, maybe someone should train them to learn how to look at the weather online before scheduling. I run two businesses and took today off because I wanted to get this fixed. These guys are a joke. Donâ€™t know how they are still in business. Donâ€™t be fooled by the great reviews, read the 30 or so bad ones and those are the ones that reflect this company. It means nothing how long youâ€™ve been in business, maybe they are too comfortable and donâ€™t care about customer service. Itâ€™s time to go back to the drawing board and relearn the basics.

Dan came over to install a hot water tank I'd purchased myself. He was really professional and knowledgeable while humorous as well. He showed up on time and was great to deal with. I'd call again if I have another plumbing issue I couldn't handle myself. Thanks Dan.
