No callback. When you need a plumber on a weekend, you know it's going to cost, but you call anyway because you've got a problem that needs to be fixed. I would have more respect if I had received a call saying sorry, I'm too busy and can't make it. Calling them was simply a waste of my time.

Nobody has even bothered to return my call.

Matt provided excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. He knew what the problem was before he entered our home. He was extremely polite and just struck me as genuinely good and honest person that took great pride in his work. For anyone in need of a plumber, search no more. Thanks Matt!

Needed a plumber one day and Matt responded on the same hour I left him a voice mail on his phone. I would say the service I got was excellent and the price was reasonable. I have purposely delayed this review to make sure that the job done was really worth the praise it will get (i.e. no back jobs, etc).) Matt even called the day after he serviced my plumbing needs to check if everything was okay. So yes.. based on my experience Mori Plumbing is one that I would recommend to all of you folks who need a trustworthy and competent plumber.

Our toilet had been sliding around loose on the floor for months, after hours of attempting to tighten the loose bolt on my own with no luck, I called Mori's. Matt came by fixed the problem in about 12 seconds, Explained any sort of warning signs we should watch out for, Cut us a great deal on the cost, and did not laugh at my inability to do it myself. Thanks!
