Cool at last

They installed my mini split air conditioner quickly and professionally. Pricing was the best I could find in the area and was done with very short notice. The unit is very quiet and They where easy to deal with. Thankyou Tratech a job well done.

I hired Tratech Mechanical to install a heat pump, pressure tank and connect water lines to our new home in July 2018. The office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the best heat pump for my house and was available to answer any questions I had. The crew that came to install and hookup were prompt, professional and left the site extremely tidy. Our project came in on budget and I was very happy with the reasonable rates that were offered. I would highly recommend Tratech Mechanical to anyone and will be having them back for any future services needed.

Update: Traven did call me after posting the review. I appreciate the response. Original review: Called for an estimate for a heat pump and was told someone would come out the next day. It didn't happen. Called back two days later to confirm a new appointment and was told the person doing estimates was out of the office for a few days. So we set up a new appointment. A week later, still nobody has shown up. No phone calls to reschedule or to let me know they can't make it. Very poor customer service. So I went with someone else, who actually showed up when they said they would. I would think that's the minimum level of service anyone can expect.

July, 2018 Erickson, B.C. To the rescue! Long weekend in July. Guests arriving on Sunday. Suddenly, on Saturday, no hot water! Traven, thank you for letting us interrupt your long weekend and for coming over on short notice to swap out our old hot water tank for a new one. Another example of the quality work and fast, economical service we have come to appreciate from Tratech. Have a great summer! Terry and Jim Posynick
