Very good service!!!!...... I got a brand new American standard toilet installed at my place. Very good service. I like to deal with a local company. Don't like the big box stores. No surprises which I like.

Where to start? Landlord called them to fix a few things in my unit, they were supposed to call me a week later, they called a month later. I told them I needed a sink snakes, and toilets repaired as well (already OKed with landlord). They called me the morning of the appointment to tell me the plumber had a migraine and we would have to re-schedule (OK, things happen right?). We rescheduled for the following Monday, and again informed them of the extra work. the person I was talking to said it was written on the work order. Plumber showed up on Monday only to replace the valve (original job). nothing on the work order about the extra work needed. he told me all the snakes were out of town and would call and come back the same day when they were back. He never showed. I called that evening and the manager was supposed to call me back that day, I never got the call. Called them the Tuesday and was told I would get call from the service manager within an hour. 1:25 later, he finally called back. we rescheduled for Thursday at 2:00pm. its now 4:40pm and still no plumber. I would highly recommend not going with these guys for any work. Don't waste your time waiting for them day after day.
