Great service. They were available and accommodating within one day's notice. They called to confirm before the appointment which was a good thing. They arrived on time. Was quick and did a proper phone call follow up and survey. They are truly committed to quality customer care. My plumber actually did an extra little favor and installed a light i couldn't reach. He went the extra mile.

We recently had an issue with one our outdoor frost proof taps that had failed and needed to be replaced. I called High Mark at 9:00 AM and was able to make an appointment for later the same day. The tech ( Dave L.) showed up as scheduled and was pleasant, polite and efficient, even though I could tell he had already put in a hard day. We had to cut into the inside wall but he kept it to a minimum and quickly replaced and tested the tap and ensured it was properly caulked and that I was satisfied with his work. All in all you couldn't ask for better service. Gord.

Call High Mark for a clog. Scheduled a appointment for that afternoon. They showed up on time and prepared. Job done quickly and the Tech took his time to ensure that the problem was really solved. Very friendly service person. Will definitely use this firm again.

I called High Mark because of the great reviews on Google. I wasn't ready for this weird experience. The furnace man showed up with NO TOOLS! He had nothing on him. He was using his cellphone to look into the furnace. He opened up the furnace and looked at it, and said there was a fuse blown out. He had no fuse. It's one of those 2A glass fuses. If it is a part of a furnace, and as a furnace repairman, you'd expect them to carry these in the toolbox (but as I said, he had no toolbox). He said his van was in the shop. He said he would go searching for the fuses at Metrotown at the Source. I said that I'm not paying for his shopping time. He became angry, acted agitated, kept rolling his eyeballs up, and kept turning his back towards me. Is that something that a customer should tolerate? If so, times have certainly changed. He said, "It will be on YOUR TIME. And it's $100/hour (forgot the exact amount). He challenged me to call his boss and went outside fuming. I called, spoke with Ashley, very nice lady, and she transfered me to speak with his boss. His boss told him to leave the site. And he left. I'm still weirded out by the experience. Anger issues on site? Rolling of eyeballs to a customer who is paying him $100 per hour? What's going on with professionalism these days. I'm a paying customer. Perhaps he was having a hard day. We all have those days. But that's part of being a professional---to have self-restraint. I'm giving this company 3 stars, 2 star for the furnace man--he did show up on time, 4 stars for the company who took care of the situation. By the way, the furnace man made me sign his iPad accepting the price before starting his work. Later I realized that I should have got him to give me a firm estimate first rather than just signing it. The boss waived the charges. Perhpas it was a bad day for everyone. The furnace man didn't get paid. The company didn't get paid. I slept in cold. No one won this day, but everyone just lost.
