Horrible job. Please see my photos below. They replaced the sewage pipes 8 months ago and I have sesge backing up in my backyard. But when the the guy came over he said he did nothing wrong. I may be heading to small claims court.

I was just billed 150 CAD for 10-minutes of work. I was told on the phone if element of heater needs to be changed it's 295 plus tax. The technician shows up, measure the power supply, found out the fuse jumped. Push the electrical panel safe switch back. Then he told me it's 150 CAD for the job. I was NOT told the cost before he started. There WAS NO disclosure before hand at all. I was SHOCKED to see the bill. I paid for it. However, I have to write a honest review to warn everybody

We just moved into our house and the next day the sewage pipe burst underneath. We called a few company's for price quotes but the Rotor Plumping had the best quote. They came in the next morning (Sabi) and he dug up into the ground and fixed the issue within 4 hours . Our water and toilets were up and running . It was excellent service and a decent price. Thank you!

I contacted this company on a weekend with a really gross clogged garburator drain type of issue. In less than two hours Sabi Senghera (one of their service techs) was at my door ready to go. He fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess without complaint and charged a very reasonable price. Two bonuses, my 18 month old slept through the whole thing, and he unclogged another drain in my house in about 90 seconds flat - something I'd been meaning to get to for months. I don't know what more you could expect, and I definitely recommend them based on this experience.
