After REID BROS. came to our home to repair on many occasions. However, their negligence on the last visit caused major damages. Initially the owner told us that the co. would be accountable and we finally got paid by our insurance company six months after the event but they only paid out 1/3 of the repair. When our insurance co. proceeded to recover damages from REID BROS., they denied they were even at our home as they never sent an invoice for the repairs and now our insurance co. is asking for the coverage to be repaid back to them in part.....UPDATE ....we the owners found video from RING that REID BROS were at our home and now they will have to pay for Damages ....but buyer beware regardless...

Our water heater failed on Friday. I phoned their office and through the answering service talked to Ron Hofman. He came to our home both Saturday and Sunday and by Sunday afternoon, we had a new fully operational water heater. It was difficult to remove the old tank but Ron and his assistant persevered and installed the new tank. Impressive service on a weekend and a very satisfied customer (again). Thanks.

Highly Recommended! I called Reid Brothers back in March to diagnose a nagging issue with my commercial HVAC unit. It was running too loud, cycling too frequently, and not pumping out enough heat. Two previous companies had come out and done some disappointing work. One firm replaced the heat pump motor but I had to call them back as they had it wired incorrectly and the fan was spinning the wrong direction! The other company charged a service call to come out and tell me to replace the system (it's over 20 years old) because it couldn't be fixed. Reid Brother's sent Shane out. He did his analysis and was really helpful in explaining the issues causing the problems. It was his assessment that an overhaul was needed of both the interior unit and the outside heat pump. We discussed it with no pressure and no up-sell. He booked us in and returned two days later. He worked non-stop finishing up at 9pm. The results were immediate and quantifiable. The heat pump went from 98 decibels down to 65 decibels and interior airflow increased dramatically. We're getting normal heat out of the unit now and yet our power bill dropped significantly. If you're needing ticketed HVAC professionals with a great attitude and fair pricing call Reid Brothers.
