Recently, I came for a new sink and a good sturdy faucet. I got them both and some useful tips. I got a faucet on sale and a sink that was really reasonable. It is really good to have a plumbing shop like this not too far from our place and I would definitely recommend Hillcrest to any handy man and woman.

Absolutely outstanding! Went to one of the big box home improvement stores to get the "donut" seal to fix the leak between the toilet tank and the bowel. Brought along the worn out seal for reference. After installed the recommended seal, still leaked. Wrong seal ! Called Hillcrest, but was on hold for about a minute then was told the parts representative was servicing a customer and will call back. I provided in detail of what I needed and really didn't think I would get a call for such a small item. They called back and told me they have what I was looking for. I went to the store and was impressed by Gord's knowledge and professionalism. Right seal! Leak fixed! I should have gone to Hillcrest, the professionals, in the first place and would have saved a whole lot of time. Highly recommended.

These guys came to replace my furnace and they were all fantastic. Very helpful, nice, fun to be around and you can tell they care. They stayed all day and past the time they were to leave to be sure everything was done since the last furnace died in the cold of winter so they got everything done right away. Thanks, guys!

This company is amazing. I have called them twice about plumbing issues we have had over the last year. Both times they have given me strategies and tips that have helped me fix the problem myself. They have even walked me through it on the phone ( I have no plumbing experience lol). They were accurate, polite and clear and saved us from having a plumber come out and costing us money. Rockstar company -thank-you so much

REGARDING YOUR RESPONSE; FIRST, IT WAS THURSDAY AFTERNOON NOT SATURDAY THAT I BRIEFLY SPOKE TO NELSON. YOU ARE RIGHT AFTER 50 YEARS OF LOYALTY, I FELT IT MY OBLIGATION TO ADVISE WHAT HAPPENED ON THE PHONE FOR A POTENTIAL SERVICE CALL. My family has dealt with Hillcrest since the early sixties. So, when I needed a plumber the other day, without any thought I called Hillcrest. First I was left on the phone for a very long time. Just before I was going to hang up ....... this person answers and wants to know what I wanted. I was then put onto a man in Service. This is where our 50 year relationship came to an abrupt end. This fellow, on the front line, was immediately rude and obnoxious in his initial phone answering method. I really think I was bothering him and wasting his time by phoning. Problem, I did not even have a chance to explain what I wanted. So, I hung up and phoned Roto-Rooter. They awarded me with exceptional service, friendly and efficient and frankly more than willing to help where ever possible. So, bottom line....See Ya HILLCREST PLUMBING. ADIOS.
