Very helpful staff. Had an issue with our A/C, they were able to come out the very next day, technician was able to diagnose the problem and replace a part for us. Would recommend them any day. Thanks for the amazing service!

I called on a Sunday to their emergency line when my furnace quit on the coldest day of the year (-30 C with wind). The technician for the day was not very helpful and slightly dismissive. I didn't receive any help and had to look for a different company to help me. I did appreciate their response when I talked to the main office and management the following day. The office staff were very kind and understanding. At the time of having no heat in my house, I was quite frustrated.

We contacted IPH to do multiple repairs and a new install in our home. Tyrel was sent out to do the work. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Attention to detail was great and all work was completed in a timely fashion. We would not hesitate to use IPH for all of our plumbing and heating work again. Thanks Tyrel!

Ive used IPH several times ,thought they were devoted to their residential customers .(nope ) this is the second time they have let me down .I did renos on my bathroom and had requested a tech come out to clean build up in my pipes ,made the appointment and 15 minutes b4 my time ..they called and cancelled .....on a friday ,and rescheduled me for the following tuesday ....Im sorry not good enough ! The last issue was delt with, with a 50 credit towards any work .IPH has big contracts in town ...like the new building at hospital ,so if you need any work done in your house ,your better off calling another company , I did and they came out right away ,fixed my issue ,gave me free stuff ,and even called me that night ,to check that everything is good .

I found Swain to be knowledgable, experienced and honest when coming to my home to determine my needs for a new air conditioner. He was very thorough in checking my existing plumbing and advised on the process moving forward. After completion, he called to confirm the outcome of the install. I would confidently support his seasoned experience as a consumer looking for a reliable product from a reputable business.
