Jamie came right on time and was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me the quote, and unclogged my toilet and tub. He even had a suggestion to help with keeping it from happening again. It was a little pricey, but worth it. Thank you, Jamie!! P.S. I just wish I’d seen the $50 off coupon for unclogging before he had arrived. I just saw it now when I was leaving my review. Oh well.

Ryan McKenzie did an honest, skilled job replacing a damaged water heater quickly. I emailed Roto Rooter in the morning at 7:30am and he arrived at 2pm the same day with an easy going attitude and fair estimate. The work took approximately four hours but he worked hard hauling away two heavy heaters and capping off the old heater for safety. He explained everything before starting and as he went. I am very pleased with his work and enjoyed having an honest plumber to work with today!

Roto-Rooter in Bellevue was incredibly helpful with my kitchen sink clog. I had someone at my house within 1 hour from calling and Nassir was very knowledgeable. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend them!

If you want a company that is shady and doesn't show up when they say they will give this company a call!! I called this company to come out and possibly unclog my main line. I was told someone would be out in 2 hours after 2 hours of not hearing anything I called again and was transferred to dispatch. Dispatch stated they were running behind and could not give me an ETA. Received a call at 5:55pm from a technician stating it would be 45 minutes they are in the next town over and that he would be calling again when he was on his way. At 9:00pm still did not hear anything. I called again and was told dispatch was on the phone. Once I did talk to dispatch asked if it was going to be the same night sometime or sometime the next day? They scheduled me for the next day with a window of 10am to 2pm. I called and canceled the service call the next morning. While on the phone cancelling the service call they call my other contact and state they are sorry but they no longer service my area. But while I was cancelling they asked me why I was canceling. Seriously!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU CHOSE TO..

unreliable company. Do not waste your time. I scheduled an appointment...waited forever, then to find out my ticket order was cancelled...wow.. not even a phone call to say NO ONE is coming. Unreliable. Do not trust this company.
