Liam showed up on our after-hours emergency call on Sunday evening with a smile on his face, ready to get to work. Not only did he respect our property while working, but he encouraged us to oversee all his work, explaining thoroughly what he was doing at each step. He always made clear what the next step was before proceeding with the work, and if there were choices to be made, explained them both thoroughly and let us us make the decision based on that information. Beyond that, he gave us great tips for not getting into a similar situation in the future. Very impressed with his professionalism. Not our first experience with Roto Rooter, have used them on different properties and are always very satisfied with their quality of work, and staff.

Excellent service from start to finish. They gave me a quote and despite significant complications - "I haven't seen this in 50 years of plumbing" - and additional work required they did not charge me more. All of their employees were professional and friendly. A special thank you to Sheldon, Liam, and the entire team!

I work for a property management firm and approved a rate over the phone for work at a clients property. The invoice was not the rate that I had approved (upgraded to some club membership which was not previously discussed/agreed). Spoke to someone in A/R, who advised that the manager will call to discuss. He never did. I followed-up again (this time reaching the manager), but he couldn't be bothered to even understand what I was trying to tell him. I gave up and paid the bill. But definitely won't be calling or recommending them in the future.
