Great experience. As many people can relate, I don't know much about water softeners. I needed to have mine cleaned and serviced since it was about 15 years old. Their technician did the work and his final recommendation was that the softener was not working, but the water quality after 2 tests was more than sufficient to not need a softener. therefore he recommends we don't get one. The honesty was amazing. Other companies may have pushed an expensive softener on me, but they did not. Very much appreciated and respected.

J and E Plumbing is a family owned company. They are always fair and honest. I always feel comfortable calling them to get the job done right.

Super professional and trustworthy family owned business, on time, got my furnace fixed fast and for a reasonable rate. Definitely my "go to" for future plumbing and heating issues!

Jack and his son Chris went above and beyond what we expected for our hot water tank. They not only came in a timely manner but were able to come back and fix another issue we had. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber. They truly made our holiday season a lot better now.

Worst plumbing company in Vernon. No respect for people's property or houses.
