Purchased an Acritec bathtub through their En-suite division. Tub cracked in just over a year, used 6 times. Staff told us these tubs were locally made in Mission or Langley. When I contacted them to see if they could help, they said yes but then dropped the ball and let us try to deal with Acritec on our own. After almost a month, Acritec did repair the tub which apparently had been previously repaired and was made in a factory in China, not here in BC. Very disappointed that we did not receive what we paid for from Emco and paid full price for previously repaired tub! Shame on you and your En-suite sales staff. “Buyer beware”. Don’t believe everything you are told.

Actually surprisingly painless. Places like this usually use the employee to do all the product picking which can be a colossal pain most times even when there is only 1 or 2 guys in front of you but I guess I caught these guys at the right time and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. I'm not really a plumber but there are not a lot of places that have 2" water piping and fittings any more, well, except establishments like this.

Great place for donuts on Fridays...the line is better than Tim Hortons and you don't have to pay!
