I recently had Superior Trades come to my house to install a new hot water tank. The job was done quickly, quietly and with no mess! While they were here, I mentioned something about my kitchen sink and Ben was back later, after his other calls, to try and fix it. He went to great lengths to fix it. Unfortunately, to finish the job, the problem had something to do with outside drainage. He called in Wilf to help. We couldn't get the lid off that tank for years. We tried tripods, crowbars, and ratchets. Wilf had it off all by himself!!!! He said, "Where's there's a Will, there's a way!!" Lol The problem is fixed now and everything runs smoothly! I will certainly call them if I need any plumbing or electrical work! Thank you Superior Trades!!

Ben has managed many of our personal projects with his crew of subtrades - from electrical, to plumbing, gas, and HVAC. Ben’s personal work as a master electrician is exceptional and I would recommend him personally as one of the best electricians in the south Okanagan. His attention to detail, meeting timelines, and schedule flexibility goes unparalleled in the community.

Ben was great! Really got us out of a pinch. Charged a really reasonable rate. If I could give him 6 stars I would!

I dunno what the last guy was yapping about these guys being expensive and stuff, he couldn't be more far from the truth. I had a furnace repair needed on a Sunday and this company came and fixed it within the hour at a low cost. Couldn't be more grateful and happy with there work and would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs done.

I live in a RV in Oliver. My hot water heater was leaking and making an awful mess. I left messages at several businesses for someone to come and fix the problem...not one even called me back. Finally I found Superior...and I'm so glad I did. Within 15 minutes a young man by the name of Edward came to my door. He worked diligently and knowledgeably at the heater and I was so impressed by his courtesy and manners. He installed a new water heater and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I certainly recommend this business. It felt like someone cared and believe me when you are in a fix it means a great deal.
