I had 4 companies to come by to give me a quote for a ductless heat pump. What sold me on Glacier was the fact that Rob was the only one of them to measure our space and give us an emailed quote with multiple options and price points that would fit our needs, including cost with the electrical work. They answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed to understand the different units. The technicians were friendly, clean and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! 1 I am very happy with the end product.

A high recommendation for Glacier Industries Inc. For almost 25 years after my house was built I did not have to be concerned with furnaces at all. When the need arose, fortunately I was introduced to Glacier Industries and decided on a Trane product. I am thrilled with the efficiency of the furnace and equally with the quality of the workmanship and neatness of the installation. The owner "Rob" personally visited my home prior to installation and followed up after the work was completed. "A contractor who's service exceeds 100%" Their quote for supplying furnace and heat pump including clean up of old material had no surprises. They came on time with all components and additional supplies. Rob was here to make sure we understood the equipment and explained fully. The heating and cooling is now distributing more efficiently throughout the house making each room the same temperature. This we like very much. We would recommend 'Glacier Industries' to the people in our district because of the quick and efficient workmanship as well as on time.

We just recently purchased a home with a heat pump. Being we knew nothing on how they worked or what to do to maintain it we needed help. We had no idea who to call so it was a stab in the dark finding Glacier. Ron was sent out and he was so good telling us how and what to do and he also inspected everything connected to the unit, did adjustments and replaced the filter. I would highly recommend using Glacier, Ron was a pleasure to have in our home.
