We were very pleased with the installation of our new gas furnace, electric hot water tank and a/c. Our salesperson Leon was excellent with guiding us through the process. He was always available by phone and/or email. The installation team of Keith, Victor, Mark, Sean and Tony were beyond professional. They were on time, polite and efficient. They were also very dog friendly as our fur baby Riley was eager to play. For a job that was expected to take up to 3 days was completed in 1 day thanks to the above mentioned dream team! We noticed the difference in the heating of our home immediately. We can't Thank Len, Leon and the team at RPR enough. Highly recommended for your HVAC needs!!

Excellent service. Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with both AC units and handled the repairs in a professional manner. Thanks for the great service!

We had work done at our business by Terry Olfert and workers. We found they were not punctual in scheduling the work efforts, and Terry did not return calls or contact us when requested. The work was okay although we had to have them back to re-do some things that were incorrect and were charged for that work. Hugely overcharged, and when we asked for an accounting of the work we were met with a very confrontational attitude from him, although his office staff were excellent to deal with. Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend this company.

Terry did some work for my Grandparents. Not only did he not solve the problem(but think he did) he used second hand parts off of old plumbing jobs. The job he was hired to do was never fixed and my poor Grandparents were left with a very hefty bill that they couldn't afford. Only to have to call another plumber and receive another bill to pay. Shame on you Terry!
