I have used Pipeline Plumbing and heating for the last four years for my gas furnace heating and have been extremely satisfied. They entire staff were honest, reliable and took the time to explain not only what the issue was but to educate me on how my older system works. Last week, I was really stuck â€“ or rather the set-screw was stripped and stuck on my shower faucet. Even though all Pipeline Plumbing's technicians were super busy, they fit me in, fixed the problem â€“ with a smile and a 'have a nice day' ... and saved me the expense of having to replace my faucet. Pipeline has been the go-to for our condo complex. Quick responses to frozen pipes and blocked drains from improper garburator use on more than one occasion has saved us from expensive backup-related damage and heartache. Jobs big or small, much gratitude to Pipeline for their professional, friendly and timely service. I highly recommend!

I made an emergency call to Pipeline this morning and spoke with Tammy and although they were fully booked, she tried to accommodate us and was so helpful and courteous! She really seemed to care about our situation and that is rare these days! We found someone else to fix our problem, but wanted to say that it's nice to get a friendly voice on the other end of the phone when disaster strikes!

Pipeline did a gas stove installation for me and everything about the experience was great. The quote was done professionally and the work scheduled quickly. The installer was efficient and did a quality job. I would use these guys again.

Update: I do appreciate the apology message sent, so I have up'd the rating. Thank you for the clear explanation and I understand that business practices are in place to protect your company. It was difficult/confusing to understand of what your customer service representative had to say during the call, as it was not clearly explained and felt as though the focus was not on getting help. The sincerity in your response is appreciated. ******** Wow the telephone call that I just had with this company was quite possibly one of the worst I have experienced in Canada so far. The lady I dealt with was rude, curt, unhelpful and wanting to charge $95 just to come out to generate a quote AND also asking us to provide a credit card up front because they thought we were going to cheat them. One of our managers had contacted them, to inquire about a quote before I called and unfortunately he didn't have all of the information needed which is why I called and the same lady I got, went on and on and on of how difficult he was etc. Obviously if I'm calling you I have a problem, I don't want to hear YOU complain and nag about what YOU think is difficult. If customer service is too hard for you then don't do it. I just want an answer if you can help me or not. At the end they decided the job was too difficult.
