Paul D. was friendly and efficient. He did a sump pump/backup replacement, and had the rest of the afternoon available so was even able to fit in a second project of equal duration. I watched Paul work and chatted with him most of the time he was here so I could understand how things worked. I really like to know how to do things, even if I don't always do them myself. I highly recommend Paul for his top notch work and his friendly approach. I'll definitely ask for him by name in the future.

I've been using Precision for 10 years and love this company. Granted typically any time I need a plumber, it's usually an emergency and the middle of the night or at least after normal business hours. Even at midnight, I've had amazing service and I love that the trucks are fully stocked so most repairs can be done without them having to come back the next day (somethings may cost more off the truck, but at 3 am you do what you've gotta do). The office staff is also amazing and very responsive to the needs of customers, the service guys over the years have all been friendly and professional. I'm a general contractor (and female) so i understand cost and how the repairs should be done, and their guys are consummate professionals and willing to work with the homeowner in ways you don't see with just every company out there.

Thank you for your prompt attention to my plumbing problem. You are blessed to have such a superb crew. Rich came out and assessed the problem. Jeff and Robert were at my door early to fix my problem. They deserve A pluses in my opinion. Both were pleasant to work with and talked me through every step.Your company is and always will be my "go to" plumbing company. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. Thank you again!!

Revised: Previous note - Much thanks to Tom, "Mike" and Paul at Precision! In this case, "Mike" was listed incorrectly. Much Thanks, Chris S, who handled my call after Tom. Chris choreographed Paul's visit seamlessly, and called to tell me when Paul would arrive. Top-notch service, Chris! Timing was a miracle all around! You guys saved the day, literally! Paul's 'on-time' response and 'emergency' repair turnaround was nothing short of amazing in all respects! Great guy, great finished product, enjoyed the visit! Very happy with Precision superlative service and instillation team, and definitely recommend them to anyone with Plumbing, Heating and Cooling needs! Tom, Chris and Paul - You guys are GREAT! Thanks, again...... RS

David and Kurt did an amazing job for us AND as an emergency call! These guys were very careful to keep our home clean and wore booties at all times inside of our home. They were friendly, they explained what they were doingand they gave us an estimate before the work began. They cleaned up when they were finished and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. FIVE STARS TO DAVID AND KURT! VERY IMPRESSED WITH YOUR WORK!! .
