Our technician, Jim was wonderful! We relocated our kitchen so he had quite a bit of work to complete between the sink, disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, and reverse osmosis system. He was right on time and super friendly. There’s no doubt he enjoys what he does and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. You can tell right away that quality is an important part of what he does and we were impressed with the finished work. I also want to point out that Jim made safety a priority while he was here and we really appreciated that with our dog and four kids around the house. We are looking forward to using him, and Hope Plumbing, for future work. Thank you, Jim!

Shout out to Kurt M. and Tyler for coming out and hooking it up at my house. We needed a new water heater and a new toilet and they put everything together with expertise and great attitudes. This is a company that really takes care of their employees and it shows in the high quality work. Kurt and Tyler knew what they were doing, they knew the ins and outs and outs and ins and gave me some advice about how to take care of my purchases. If you're reading this and need some plumbing work done, go ahead and call Hope Plumbing. You'll be happy that you did and you'll have a great experience from the initial call to the final handshake as they leave your residence. If I need anything else done that I can't do, I'll call Hope and ask for my guys again!

We searched and reviewed many plumbers. Based on our reviews we called Hope Plumbing. So glad we did. We needed to have both bathroom toilets replaced. Our plumber Heidi called this morning with her arrival time and she was there right on time. She reviewed our situation and then wrote up multiple options for replacement. Heidi answered all our questions and once we made our decision she began work. Her knowledge and her work are incredible. She took the time to explain what she was doing when we would ask a question. My husband and I are so pleased with the job Heidi did. Any further plumbing needs we will certainly call Hope Plumbing. Thank you Heidi for a job well done.

One of the best measures of a business is how they handle customer service on those occasions when things go wrong. My first Hope Plumbing repair was fantastic; my second repair technically worked but wasn't quite right. I called to register a complaint, Casey listened to my concerns, agreed that there was an issue, and arranged for a free return visit to correct the problem. Issue solved, customer happy again. I've even had a new repair completed by Jim Cummins that was perfect. Quality work at a reasonable price that the business stands behind.

Jim Cummins was the technician who came out to give me quote on installing hot water to the hose spigot outside. He was extremely personable - so much so that I would consider him a friend after this service. He provided multiple quotes for different options and was able to install it that day. I also would like to mention how considerate he was with shoes coming in and out of the house - that is very important to me and one thing that some other service providers could take note on! I did pay more than I was hoping but I was basing my hopes off of an "average" cost that I found on a Google search - so perhaps not the best source of information. He offered me financing through a third party at zero interest for 12 months. All in all, the service was great, Jim was great, and I will be sure to request him if I ever need plumbing service again in the future!
