I had a main drain backup in my house after rain. I called Drain rescue and they sent a plumber. He performed a camera and snake inspection of the drain and clear the blockage that was causing backup. He cleared a roots that was growing through my drain pipe and left me recommendations how to avoid further issues. Great experience with Drain rescue and a plumber who rescue my house. Regardless will recommend this company to my friends in case of emergency situations.

Great same day service ! Denys the technician went though everything with me until the problem was solved. I will definitely use Drain Rescue again & would recommend them for your plumbing issues. I waited 2days for Mr Rooter to only have them leave cause they couldn’t get in my driveway for snow. The woman in there office was so rude on the phone , told me to call them when the snow was gone! My husband called Drain Rescue they came out & attempted getting up our driveway and did get stuck but still did there job & a little shoveling too! Very happy customer!

What are my chances, as a woman, to find a plumber in a timely matter, in Toronto for a small job to be done? Close to none, I thought so until I called Drain Rescue. I used their services few years prior, for what I would call a pretty major flooding. I was satisfied with their service then but did not think that they would bother with my small leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. Again amazing service; The receptionist was friendly and understanding, the plumber came within the hours and showed me where the pipe was broken. I asked him if he could check my leaking shower head which I did not mention over the phone, and without hesitation, he agreed. Both problems were fixed within a short time. I am not one who writes reviews unless I am extremely happy. HOLME STARS is unlike any other plumbers; The are professional, punctual, friendly and very reasonable price.

My neighbor had a drain issue, so they are using this company. They don't even follow laws and don't respect neighbors. They are making EXCESSIVE noise after 7 PM on Saturday. I called the company to tell them the situation. But she is extremely rude and did not even listen to me. She said by law they can work until 11PM!! What a crazy company... No wonder many people complain how horrible they are... I called 311 to file the claim. If they keep doing this I will call police. Dear Drain Rescue, You believe you are following the rule. Then please write your excuse here. You did not explain enough and gave me a bad attitude. I tried to be nice but cannot stand your response. Re Drain rescue, As I mentioned above, "my neighbor had a drain issue", so we did not get your service. This is not FAKE at all. This review is based on my experience. I don't want to call you anymore since you don't even listen to me. You said I can call 311, 911 anywhere, and also put bad review. I'm doing what you told me to do. I just need to share the information how horrible you guys are.
