Arrived quickly. Barrett was a super nice down to earth guy. Did a excellent job. Will 100% call them again for future needs.

Water line broke on Monday night with some damage in the basement. Called a few people and Barrett was the first to reply. He talked me through getting the water shut off and was there first thing in the morning to assess the damage/problem. He gave me a thoughtful and honest answer about my options, and encouraged me to reach out to others in the industry for their strategies/costs. I ended up back with Barrett because I trusted his abilities and his integrity. He came by Wednesday morning and stayed through the day/most of the night until the repairs were done (and my family had running water again). Great person, great professional. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Barrett from the Pleasant Plumber! We were having water backing up from the toilet and main drain into the basement. Even though it was close to 10 PM Barrett came out and arrived within 25 min of calling him. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable - an all round pleasant guy. He fixed the clogged drains and a leaking toilet in a timely manner and was also courteous about keeping things clean! Would definitely recommend him!

I called for service on a Monday and was able to get an appointment by the next day in the afternoon (the situation was not an emergency). Barrett attended; he was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that my husband and I had about the job. He did a thorough job, was open about the cost of the service upfront and was able to process payment in a convenient way. After the job was done, he explained what he did and provided information in person and by e-mail on how to operate the fix he implemented. He welcomed any questions going forward He was patient, kind, and not rushed; an overall great experience. Would highly recommend!

Bit of a snafu with the time they were supposed to arrive but really appreciated being able to get some one in so quickly to deal with our backed up kitchen sink. Andrew was super helpful and fixed the problem easily.
