Well, where shall I start....! At the Lorimer Blvd location, the gentleman told me that I should check out their Logan Avenue show room for more options on my $ 20.000+ bathroom renovation- it was near store closing time and so I felt rushed out. I went to the Logan Avenue store the next day, found some amazing products, agreed to pay for the in-home measurement/consult...... hmmm, never got a call to arrange an appointment for said consult!!!!

As a previous reviewer said, this company is great until you purchase. After that point, they backtracked on the work they promised but demanded we still pay the agreed amount. The manager in the office is very rude, the salespeople who come to your home are even worse (again, they were very friendly until we hired them). The only saving grace is that the laborers are very friendly and accommodating when the boss isn't around.

"I had been planning a full bathroom renovation for a long time and was getting bogged down and very stressed out with the process. As soon as I went to Dynasty, their staff was extremely helpful in designing and selecting materials and quality fixtures within my budget which they were able to display and demonstrate in-store! There were no "surprises" or inflation of original estimates, and minor post-job parts were replaced very quickly and at no extra cost. Extra recognition should go to talented design consultant Amanda Nicholls, who consistently went above and beyond, and whose design sense and high degree of organization is second to none. An added bonus is that unlike other bathroom stores, Dynasty's salespeople are non-commissioned and there was never any hint of high-pressure sales tactics that seem to be common in this industry. I am very happy with my bathroom and definitely plan on using their business for a 2nd full bathroom renovation very soon!" Daniel Stephens

I bought a Moen Aquadis shower set from Dynasty Bathrooms two years ago. They gave me some great advice to install it and I've been happy since. Yesterday, the nozzle broke, leaving me without a shower. I came down today and Tina and Ken managed to find the part I needed. I offered to pay for it, but they said it was under their warranty so no charge. Never buy from a box store - buy from Dynasty! They're the best!

We needed a shower and tub enclosure for our claw foot tub, and Dynasty was referred by a contractor. They have the perfect enclosure with a 4 inch faucet - which other big box stores don't carry anymore- great find!
