I cannot say enough about Norfolk Plumbing! I had them out to provide an estimate for some drainage under the house that needed to be replaced. Mark, the gentleman who came out was very polite and knowledgeable and gave me an estimate on the spot. The price was very fair and they got me scheduled within the week. Since the job was completed I haven't had any backups and I couldn't be happier! They have the best techs, the best customer service, the list goes on! Norfolk Plumbing has a customer for life!

I've used this company before for a tankless wall mounted water heater installation and they were fantastic. Reasonable cost and excellent work. I recently used Will W. and Conner for a water line replacement and had the same positive experience. Their employees are professional hard working people with a great attitude. This company hires the best so I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Kudo's again to Will W and Conner!

After having several other companies let me down, I happened to find Norfolk Plumbing and they were amazing. They have reasonable pricing and a great team. The tech that came out to my home, I believe his name was Mark, was great! You can tell they take pride in their work, I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

I had Norfolk Plumbing out recently to my home for some ongoing plumbing issues, all I Can say is WOW! Everything from the scheduling, to the tech arriving was easy and straightforward. The ladies in the office were pleasant, and the technician Mark was fast, efficient, and very helpful. I will definitely be calling them from now on!

Living in an old house requires having a good plumber. We found that with Norfolk Plumbing and have used them over the years. This last visit really showed us how grateful we were to have them. We had scheduled a visit to have a leaky toilet fixed and discuss some plumbing upgrades with faucets in our bathtub. Josh and Ridge were our plumbers. After they left we had a pipe leak in the wall. Norfolk Plumbing responded immediately, didn’t charge for the emergency visit and took some money off our faucet improvement. They didn’t have to do that but felt since it happened on their watch it was the fair thing to do. Having a great plumber is like having a good doctor. I would recommend them over any other company.
